hello.
I have a question about the process of applying Group Policy to a domain.
In Group Policy Manager
Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > System > Group Policy > in the description of the item "Set Group Policy refresh interval for computers",
I see the following statement: Group Policy for the computer is always updated when the system starts.
Also,
In the description of the User Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > System > Group Policy > "Set Group Policy refresh interval for users" item, found the following statement
Group Policy for users is always updated when users log on.
If I understand these two descriptions correctly, it appears that Machine Group Policy is automatically updated when a PC connects to a DC and User Group Policy is updated when a domain account is logged on.
However, after making changes to Group Policy on the server,
Group Policy is not updating automatically when logged in with a user account.
Is this feature deprecated by any chance? Or do I need to take any further action?
Sorry about that.
