Azure AD Joined Devices, Using Cloud Sync for Users, Will WHFB and Self-service password reset writeback work?

I'm running AAD Connect right now with SSPR and WHFB. I'm moving towards all Azure AD Joined Devices still running WHFB and SSPR. I would like to know if I can move to Cloud Sync instead of AAD connect and not have any issues.

    @Joshua D. Holthaus ,

    Based on the documentation below, AAD Cloud Sync does not support device sync as of now. So, if you have Azure AD Joined devices (not Hybrid) and your WHfB deployment is Cloud Kerberos Trust, you should have no issues with the migration, otherwise you cannot move forward with the migration.

    Sync engines comparison:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/cloud-sync/what-is-cloud-sync#comparison-between-azure-ad-connect-and-cloud-sync

    Tool to check which sync engine best fits your current needs:

    https://setup.microsoft.com/azure/add-or-sync-users-to-azure-ad

    Thanks
