set up clarity in android app

Question

Hi, I want to use Clarity for my android app and I exactly do them from its instructions but after the setup that my panel still does not wok and for example in my panel some parts like dashboard and records are disable

what can I do please help me I read even this part:"I installed the code, why am I not seeing my data?"

but it's still does not work.
