Inbound Email & Inbound Parse Webhook features in Azure Communication Services

As per Azure Communication Services pricing documentation, it supports only outbound emails.

https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/communication-services/

Please let us know whether Azure Communication Services will support Inbound Email & Inbound Parse Webhook similar to Twilio SendGrid & Twilio SendGrid Inbound Parse Webhook for Spam Check & content parsing. If not supported today, any plans to roll out such features in future?

@Anonymous Thanks for reaching here! Yes, we don't have inbound email feature yet in ACS. However, team is looking into adding this in the near future.

Having said that could you please reach out to us by sending an email with subject line “Attn:Sneha |thread title” to AzCommunity[at]microsoft[dot]com referencing this thread, we would like to gather some requirements for your case.
