    Hi,

Did this problem only appear in Word? How about other Office application?

Did this problem appear in all files or specific files or folders?

I suggest you try to check if you can open files from OneDrive server in Word.

I suggest you try this method first:

    1. Open Start>Run and type “Services.msc” ( without quotes ) and press OK.
    2. Locate the service named Workstation.
    3. Right Click on the workstation service and select properties.
    4. Click on the Start button to start the service.
    5. Restart the Office applications and restart the computer.

Just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.
