"Invalid file name" error when no file is uploaded in SharePoint list

We have a SharePoint list with some PowerAutomate flows. Everything was working fine until we renamed the list, updated some columns and used a powershell script to change the URL to match.

That said, I do not get an error like my colleagues do when they try to save a new list item without an attachment. Their error is:
User's image

Given I cannot replicate the issue and I've tried with and without an attachment, I'm hoping the community can help me unpick this please.

We are using Edge and SPO. We have the same permission levels. They have cleared their cache as I saw that one another post that might help.

    Hi @Sarah C ,

Thank you very much for your sharing.

By the way, since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that "The question author cannot accept their own answer. They can only accept answers by others.". and according to the scenario introduced here: Answering your own questions on Microsoft Q&A, I would make a brief summary of this thread:

["Invalid file name" error when no file is uploaded in SharePoint list]

    Issue Symptom:
We have a SharePoint list with some PowerAutomate flows. Everything was working fine until we renamed the list, updated some columns and used a powershell script to change the URL to match.

That said, I do not get an error like my colleagues do when they try to save a new list item without an attachment. Their error is:
    User's image

    Current status:
In this case, it was that we had used the script to change the URL but the team were still using the old "form link" (the one from the "new" button "copy link"). #UserError

You could click the "Accept Answer" button for this summary to close this thread, and this can make it easier for other community members to see the useful information when reading this thread.

    Thanks for your understanding!
