Hi Team,

I have a COWP config with Samsung devices enrolled via KME. When opening the Messages app in the work profile, I get an message: Messages can only be used by the onwer of the device.

I couldn't find any info on this specifc error but this Google article explains that when sending a text in the work profile it should use the default sms app in the personal profile. Is my error the intended behaviour? If so, how do I go about hiding the messages app in work profile only?

TIA

@Viet Tu Vu, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, all SMS messages will be sent through your default SMS app in the private space, even if you find an app that works in the Work profile. The article you find can be the cause.

To hide the messages app, you can try the methods in the following link to see if it works:

Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

Hope the above information can help.
