Hello! I'm a developer and starting some personal projects with my team. I recently joined the Microsoft Developer Program and installed Office that way with a 92 day trial. After installing and signing into my account, every works. A month later, which is 5 days ago, tragedy struck. I uninstalled Office by accident. I tried reinstalling it again by redownloading the setup file, but could not install it. It freezes at 19%. Here are some screenshots:

The second screenshot is when I click on the Office Icon in the system tray by the way.

I tried forcingly closing the setup with task manager, along with its background processes, and then restarting, reopening the program but it still freezes at 19% after 2 - 3 hours. I even tried deleting the "Office" folder in Local, Appdata, Program Files and Program Files (x86) but the same thing always happen. Also, I looked in the control panel, double, and even triple check to see if Office is installed, which wasn't.

Can anyone please help me?

Thank you for your time!❤️

    Hi,

I suggest you try to download the Office support tool, to uninstall Office from PC completely:
