why is this users one drive getting an AADSTS50020 error after fixing it weekly?

I have corrected this iisue every week for the last 3 months. I have followed the support suggestions and it gets corrected everytime but re-occurs. WHY?

Message: AADSTS50020: User account '******@xxxxxxxxx.com' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/a295400d-c90a-4285-b01c-23686b7180d8/' does not exist in tenant 'xxxxxxxxxx.com' and cannot access the application 'ab9b8c07-8f02-4f72-87fa-80105867a763'(OneDrive SyncEngine) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
