Select user does not exist in tenant Oauth

I am trying to connect to my application via Oauth, but I am always receiving the same error.

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'ID-HERE' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

The same using I am trying to give access via oauth is the owner of the application. But even if I invite a guest user it's the same error. I have an active subscription. No matter who I try to connect as, whether they exist in the Users section or not, it is always the tenant error.

When I accept the invitation it just loads an empty https://myapplications.microsoft.com/ page. "There are no apps to show".

I just want to connect via oauth to my application so I can manage Business 365 things. And allow others to connect so I can manage theirs.

    @Fabien

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A, from above description I could understand that you are trying to access Azure AD or other Azure services with your personal account and getting error similar to below screenshot:

    Please do correct me if this is not the case by responding in the comments section.

    Else follow the below actions:

    There could be multiple reasons for it

    • This could be because you don't are not logged into correct directory of the tenant.

    If you navigate to Setting (top right like in below screenshot) it would show you directories available under your tenant.

    This could be because of Guest user policy in your tenant:

    You must follow: Error AADSTS50020 - User account from identity provider does not exist in tenant to validate the user issue.

    Or this could be because of subscription:

    • Since Azure AD is now Microsoft Entra ID,

    The free edition of Microsoft Entra ID is included with a subscription of a commercial online service such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Intune, Power Platform, and others.

    So either you may get one of the above mentioned subscription or you needed P1 or P2 subscription:
