Class Designer Not showing as Install option in Visual Studios 17.7.3

I am using Visual Studio in a Parrallels Virtual Machine on a 2022 MacBook Pro to run an ARM version of windows 11. In which I am running Visual Studio 17.7.3 and specifically .Net desktop development to make windows forms apps. I am attempting to install an individual component to Visual Studios. I am trying to add "Class Designer" but when navigating to the install page it does not show Class designer as an option.

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    I’m afraid, not all workloads and components are currently supported in Visual Studio 2022 ARM version.

    For Class Designer, please kindly upvote this suggestion ticket: Please add Class Designer to Visual Studio ARM(Under Review), add comments there, follow up and wait for the latest information.
