Undelivered message being received by sender but i get the message

People outside my network are getting the following message when they send me an email - but I actually got the message.

    Hi @Monique Hennessy ,

    According to my research, the "554 5.4.0" error is related with too many hops.

    If you are using Exchange hosted by Office 365, you can whitelist the sender's domain name in the spam filter in the Exchange admin section to see if it works.
