What are the best practices for Azure organization architecture?

Hello,

our organization plans to move to the Azure cloud in the near future. I'm curious if there is any guidance or best practices on how to organize management groups, subscriptions etc. More specifically, let's say our organizations will be developing project A and project B (these projects are independent), each project might have it's Prod/Dev environment. What I've come up with is the following diagram:

Are there perhaps any other, more optimal or recommended solutions for such scenario? What would be the main pros/cons for given approach? I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
