What are the best or recommended features/configurations in Microsoft Purview for DLP, Data exfiltration?

As I have gone through some videos tutorials to understand but not clear yet and I know below are the features we can implement but wanted to from the use cases perspective on those

* Information protection

	1. Default labels and policies to protect your data
