Can not login to any Office 365 apps

I have been running into this issue more frequently, where I can no longer login into any Microsoft 365 apps. For example in Word, it will prompt to sign in to license the product, but instead of the "modern authentication" login window I get the error "Sorry, we are having temporary server issues"

Similar issue with Outlook and Teams. In the past I would sign out of Word, and also choose reset in Internet options (which is no longer an option in Windows 11) I have also tried to reset Edge. I have tried running SARA tool, but that fails too, presumably because it can't launch the login window to test. This latest issues is on a Lenovo laptop running Windows 11 Pro with all the latest updates. (ver 22H2) I am out of ideas. Please help!
