    Hello @Yarkın Çete,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Not all the projects support to be published currently. Normally, if you don’t find the Publish option that means this type of project which you are using doesn’t support to be published.

    What type of project are you using? If you try another project, for example creating a Windows Forms project, will you see the Publish option?
