Do you mean that your account has the wrong display name in Outlook?
Does this problem occur on the web side or the client side? If this only exists on the client side, there may be some corrupted data or corruption in your profile, it is recommended that you create a new profile and re-add your account.
Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add, type a name for the profile, and then click OK.
Re-add your account and see if it works.
