I have delegate access to email and calendar for another user, how do I add their account to mine? Do I need them to enter in their password or is there a work around?

    Hi @Chantelle ,

Did you slide the Try the new Outlook toggle located in the upper-right corner of Outlook?

If you had manually added a shared mailbox or folder in Classic Outlook for Windows. You may need to add them manually to the navigation pane. To add a shared mailbox or folder to the folder pane in the new Outlook for Windows:

1.Navigate to Mail and right click your email address in the left folder pane.

2.Select Add shared folder or mailbox.

3.Enter the name or email address of the person who shared the mailbox with you in the dialog box and click Add.

4.The shared mailbox appears under the Shared with me on the left.
