I manage of Azure AD

I want know if exist any command of powershell to modify the password length or I need other licence?

Thank you for reaching out. I would like to confirm that Azure AD has predefined Password Policy for all Azure AD Tenants which cannot be modified. Hence there is no Azure AD or Microsoft Graph PowerShell command available to modify these settings.
