Unable to login using Intune LAPS credentials

Hi,

I have implemented LAPS recently to test machines. I am getting the LAPS password from Intune as well as from AAD. But when i try to login the system using the builtin administrator username and password, it shows incorrect credentials even though typing the correct one from the Intune.

Please advise.

@Rounak, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know you have set LAPS and the local administrator account password has backed up to Intune. But we can't use the password to login.

To troubleshoot this issue, please check the following information:

1. How many devices are affected? Did it only affect one device?
2. Use the Intune admin center to manually rotate the password and see if we can use the new password to access the device.
3. Use other admin account to login this device and check the administrator account under " Local Users and Groups" to see if the account is disabled.
