@Rounak, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know you have set LAPS and the local administrator account password has backed up to Intune. But we can't use the password to login.
To troubleshoot this issue, please check the following information:
- How many devices are affected? Did it only affect one device?
- Use the Intune admin center to manually rotate the password and see if we can use the new password to access the device.
- Use other admin account to login this device and check the administrator account under " Local Users and Groups" to see if the account is disabled.
