Unable to do multiple selection from dropdown list using Microsoft Edge

Hi,

I encountered an issue which my user is unable to do multiple selection from a dropdown list using Microsoft Edge. The laptop is a company laptop.

User is able to do it from her home laptop but not in our company laptop.

May I know is there a setting or registry or policy that need to be disable? I have upgraded to the latest version 116.0.1938.81 but still failed.

    Do you mean “Microsoft Edge Address Bar Drop-down Suggestions” ?

    If so, you could check the following settings:

    1. If your user use company laptop and sign in work account, usually the IT administrators set policies to prevent users from tampering with the browser settings.

    Please go to edge://policy/ check if there are any policy block your user access.

    (PS:In this case, without proper administrative privileges, you can’t modify related browser settings.)

    1. Clear the browser cache.

    Settings> Privacy, search, and services> scroll down to the Clear Browsing Data section.

    By clicking on the “Choose What to Clear” button, you can clean out form Data, History, Cookies, and so on.

    1. Check Address bar and search

    Settings> Privacy, search, and services> scroll down to the Address bar and search section.

    Check if the "Show me search and site suggestions using my typed characters" option is disabled.

    1. If the above methods did not resolve the issue, kindly try to reset Microsoft Edge Browser

    Settings> Reset Settings> Click on "Restore settings to their default values "
