It could be due to a sync issue. One solution is to try clearing the cache of the OneDrive for Business sync app. To do this, follow these steps:
- Close the OneDrive for Business sync app.
- Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type %localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\Spw and then press Enter.
- Delete all the files and folders that are present.
- Restart the OneDrive for Business sync app.
