Can you simply delete the one you dont want from on-prem AD? Not sure I understand the issue otherwise
Duplicate Azure AD Accounts
Hopefully someone can help me with this. I tried to resolve the issue through Azure Ad Connect Health but that did not work.
We just enable single sign on to one of our offices that was a not connected to our infrastructure until this year. So, everyone in that office had an AD account and an M365 Account. When we added their OU to AD connect everything when smoothly.
However, I was just reviewing everything and discovered that one of my users now had to Azure AD accounts. After doing some digging, I was able to determine that his name had been mistyped in our on-prem AD. I created this but I am still stuck with two Azure AD accounts.
When I looked at Azure Active Directory connect Health. It shows me that this account Userprincipalname and a proxyaddress confict. I tried to let this utility resolve the issue, but it fails.
How do I get rid of the account I don't want.
