I cannot access my uni account as Authenticator is stuck

I tried to login to my La Trobe Uni account on my iPad and in the process have blocked myself from accessing it on any of my devices! It states I need to verify my identity through the Authenticator App but I can’t seem to do that. Please help.

Sounds like you'll need the school admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
