Hi @pjjw67 ,
According to my research, this might be due to the following reasons:
- The sender’s email address is spoofed or hidden, so it can’t be recognized or blocked .
- The sender’s email address or domain name is already in your contacts list or safe senders list, so it can’t be blocked.
To solve this problem, you can try some of these methods:
- Check the email’s Internet header to find out the sender’s real email address and manually add it to your blocked senders list. To view the Internet header, right-click the email and choose View, select View email details, and then copy and paste the contents. Use the link below to find the real sender address: https://mha.azurewebsites.net/pages/mha.html
- Set up email rules to filter and automatically delete emails from specific addresses or containing specific words. To create email rules, go to Settings > Mail > Rules > New and follow the instructions.
- Remove any addresses or domain names that you don’t want to receive emails from your contacts list and safe senders list and make sure they are in your blocked senders list.
