Dear Azure Support, This monday we had a Go-live of our clients Dynamics 365 CE system. Now we would like to have an up-to-date User analytics. So, who has logged in etc. We found the D365 User Dataverse analytics but unfortunately the refresh rate is 24-hours... Could we have a real-time refresh rate for this, please? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Bram Boerman ,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A platform and thanks for posting your query here.

As per my understanding, you are trying to update the Dynamics 365 refresh rate.

You can perform asynchronous data-refresh operations on your Azure Analysis Services tabular models.

Data-refresh operations can take some time depending on a number of factors including data volume, level of optimization using partitions, etc.

The base URL follows this format:

    https://<rollout>.asazure.windows.net/servers/<serverName>/models/<resource>/

For more details, kindly checkout the below documentation: Asynchronous refresh with the REST API

To create azure support ticket, you can go through the steps mentioned in the documentation: Create an Azure support request . If you have a support plan you may file a support ticket. In case you don't have a support plan , I will enable a one-time free support request for your subscription. Please do let us know.

Hope it helps. Kindly let us know if you have any concerns.
