Cannot log into my own personal portal.azure.com instance

Basically the exact same issue as this guy: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1162117/azure-portal-login-page-stuck-on-more-information

I cannot log in, and I am the only one with a login, so nobody else who is a Tenant admin to log in to change anything. The whole thing is broken.

I have reset my MS password, and I've set my account as passwordless, all other MS services function perfectly fine, I just cannot access my Azure Portal.

I get access denied trying to access this: https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/usermanagement/multifactorverification.aspx

    Hi @Steven Frame ,

    I'm sorry that you are experiencing such problem to sign in to Azure Portal.

    If your issue is exactly the same as the other post and you are on a Tenant Lockout scenario, which means that you cannot access either Azure Portal or MyAccounts in order to register for MFA, the recommendation would be the same and you'd need to open a support ticket with our Global Customer Service team, or you can contact the Azure Data Protection team for further assistance - (866-807-5850).
