    Hi @Rizwan Assad

    If you're referring to this Azure Pricing Calculator, it doesn't not support uploading any usage details. Instead, you will have to add the details manually. The pricing calculator only provides an estimate for service usage so I'm not certain why you would want to upload actual cost data. If the reasoning behind it is because you have some questions regarding the cost of services or a received invoice, the best thing to do is create an Azure Billing support request.

    To import Azure consumption details exported in Excel from Cost Analysis > Cost by resource > Last month into Azure calculator, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open the Azure consumption details Excel file.
    2. Select the data that you want to import into the Azure calculator.
    3. Click on the "Data" tab.
    4. In the "Get External Data" group, click on the "From Text" button.
    5. In the "Import Text File" dialog box, select the "Delimited" option and click on the "Next" button.
    6. In the "Text Import Wizard - Step 1 of 3" dialog box, select the "Comma" delimiter and click on the "Next" button.
