How to get our domain unblocked from Live?

Hi,

I manage the mail server for a small organization. Most of our users do not have their own mailbox but get their incoming messages forwarded to their private email address. This includes all incoming mail, so I guess some of those messages are spam, but some mail looks like spam but is actually important so receiving all mail is crucial.

However, a little over a week ago all Microsoft domains (outlook, live, hotmail) have started rejecting the forwarded messages, despite being DMARC validated (we're using SRS but DKIM makes them DMARC compliant).

I have created two tickets at https://olcsupport.office.com/?page=%2FIndex and asked for followup multiples times but it looks like nobody is reading those messages. At this point, I would like to escalate this and preferably talk to a support person to learn whether they perceive a configuration issue or if we can otherwise get deblocked and avoid this in the future. What is the best course of action?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble forwarding your mail. Based on my searches, this may be due to Microsoft's anti-spam policy.

    If you have submitted a ticket to the Office 365 Support Center but did not receive a timely response, you can try the following methods to speed up the processing:

    • You can provide more details in your ticket, such as your domain name, the IP address of your mail server, examples of rejected messages, etc. so that support can diagnose and resolve the issue faster.
    • You can contact Microsoft Support by phone, there are different phone numbers you can call depending on your region. See: Global Customer Service phone numbers
