Stock Images with Microsoft Word 2021

Question

When I attempt to search up items in the Stock Images search using Microsoft Word 2021, no results are found. The function appears when I go to Insert -> Pictures -> Stock Images.

I was informed by a colleague that Word 2021 doesn't offer this feature (Which is strange if I can access it but it doesn't function), it's only in 365. Is this true or perhaps is there something else that might be causing the issue?

I suggest you refer to this support article, as the article said:

"Note: Office 2021 and Office for the web users who are not Microsoft 365 subscribers, will have access to a portion of the library. To get the full library, sign in with your Microsoft 365 account or subscribe to Microsoft 365."
