How to manuelly remove a quick access item when Unpin doesn't work.

So I uninstalled Onedrive, and in registry changed the Documents, Desktop, Pictures, etc stuff over to local, but when I go to unpin one drive's versions of stuff in quick access and I am able to remove everything EXCEPT pictures. I click unpin from the right-click menu and nothing happens. Is there any file I can edit to manually remove it?

EDIT: Nevermind. deleting / moving the pictures folder from the onedrive folder removed it. Weird don't know why it wouldn't let me unpin it. Oh well.

You have an option in the Folder Options window, under the "General" tab, in the "Privacy" section to reset quick access.
