I am logging into Azure via VS Code and I can see resource groups, but not the one I need. I used to be able to view this resource group in VS Code, and it no longer shows up. I can open the Resource Group in azure itself. What could be preventing me from seeing it now in VS Code? It's been a while since I tried to access it in VS Code.

Non Issue. My Resource was created under the Microsoft Partner Network resource. I expected it to be listed as its own.

Glad you were able to sort your issue out @Ross Bottorf and thank you for posting your solution so that others experiencing the same thing can easily reference this.

Microsoft Q&A platform won't recognize your post as an answer so I'm reposting your solution. Feel free to accept it.

You weren't seeing all of your expected resource groups via Azure Account extension in Visual Studio Code, one in particular. Further investigation revealed the resource group was created under a Microsoft Partner Network account and that you expected to see it listed on its own. You no longer consider this an issue as a result.
