This happens due to diahostservice not having logon as service right in local security policy.
If the error is "Service 'Integration Runtime Service' (DIAHostService) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services," do the following:
Step1: For this exception we need to start integratedruntime service manually by following the below steps:
Goto start->run->services.msc->click on integratedruntimeservice->start
Step2: Check the DIAHostService logon service account in the Windows service panel.
Step3: Check to see whether the logon service account has Log on as a service permission to start the Windows service:
If neither of the preceding three resolution patterns applies in your case, try to collect the following Windows event logs:
- Applications and Services Logs > Integration Runtime
- Windows Logs > Application
