How to restore my sendgrid account to original status

I had a working subscription for email delivery from my Azure server using Sendgrid/SocketLabs. I was recently billed $439.45 and paid it on September 18th. This subscription allows 40k emails per month. (When I first signed up, it was free - then that was changed on me!)

Now I am getting emails from Azure that my email subscription has been changed! I did nothing!! Why is this happening? They have changed my subscription to free 100 and once I go over 100 emails, I will be charged overage.

Am I going to be charged for going over 100 emails even though I just paid hundreds for the 40k subscription. Where can I read about all of this. I am very confused as to the relationship between Twilio, SendGrid, and SocketLabs. Where do I understand all of this???

I have to admit I hate working with a company that is so big that it is nearly impossible to get human to human, real-time communications.

Thank you

Steve Healy
