Company portal on phone

I purchased a phone a couple of years ago and have not been able to remove Microsoft Company portal from the home page and it will not let me go to the settings or remove anything. It is locked on company portal log in. Can you please help me.

    @natalie bryce Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

    For this issue, is it an android device? If yes, it is suggested to try the following action to remove Company portal:

    1.Go to the location: Settings->Privacy Protection->Special Permission->Device Admin Apps, Turn off it in device Admin.

    2.After that, uninstall company portal.
