Microsoft Team cant log in with error [1001]

hi good day, when i tried to logged in on my Microsoft team, and input the code that was been given to my mail, it will error after that. Please help me to logged in on my problem. thank you.

Is the problem happening in the Teams desktop client?

Do other users in your organization have the same issue?

Please try the following possible solutions:

1. Sign in to the Teams web client to check if there is a difference: https://teams.microsoft.com/.
2. If the issue only occurs with the Teams desktop client, try signing out completely and clearing your sign-in credentials and signing back in.
3. Clean up the Teams client cache.
