AADDS DEPLOYMENT CANNOT COMPLETE SUCCESSFULLY, KEEPS THROWING ERROR AFTER 5 -10 MINUTES

Azure AD domain service was showing mismatched directory. After deleting the AADDS and try to create a replacement AADDS, the deployment keeps stopping with unexpected error.
