If you click "View details", will you get any detailed error message?
You may check following:
If you didn’t change anything, but this error appears, please first make sure that your account is still valid, then follow the instructions provided by the verification window to verify your account. Close VS, rename this folder: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\.IdentityService
and sign in VS again. If this doesn’t work, please try to reboot your machine and sign in VS again.
If you are using some extensions or proxy, or if your machine is included in any group policy, try to disable them temporarily or communicate with your administrator.
Sometimes, cleaning web browser’s cache may work.
