Go to Microsoft Intra ID, users, select the user with this issue, Authentication methods and Diagnose and solve problems. Probably a custom policy was aplied to a group or to users.
scheduled maintenance or we're investigating a problem
A few people within my organization (EverService) have seen the error "The service is temporarily offline for scheduled maintenance or we're investigating a problem. We're working to get it back online as quickly as possible" with one particular MyApps application (Alvaria Workforce Engagement). We have only seen this error later than 8pm our time (Arizona).
Reading through other threads from other users who have seen this error, I see Multifactor Authentication throttling as one possible cause.
Is there perhaps a setting that we could tweak to prevent this error? Or do you have a suggestion to avoid triggering the error?
