How to stop charge pricing of Azure

I already deleted all resources about Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service but when I opened billing account, I still saw billing increase, please help me!!

    If you have already removed or deleted resources, then it should not have cost.

    Please refer to **this documentation **to check further and understand the possible reasons for the recent charge related to the deleted resources.
