Hello,

Can we force user to only use authenticator app as the MFA, and disable user to change to another method like SMS or Call?

    Hello @Handian Sudianto , you can control what users can use and which authentication methods trough Authentication methods policy. Users who're not targeted by a particular method policy won't be able to use it.
