Hi Microsoft Community

We have joined all of our Clients to Intune since we are switching from On Prem GPO's to Intunes Configuration Policies as well as to use the custom Company App Store. But since joining the Clients and after installing the Company Portal we had some cases where the Microsoft Calculator App stopped working. The only message appearing is a message "This app can't open". The Windows Store has been partially disabled as we just want to deploy the Apps via formerly the Company Tab and now the Company Portal. We have deployed the Microsoft Calculator App in Intune but the installation fails quite often and doesn't really work either. Does this issue have something to do with the Intune enrollment? There are no Configuration Profiles assigned yet to the Clients which could Block the App or the installation. All other Apps can be installed without issues.image-20231010085818

@IvanJo, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know some devices have issue with Microsoft Calculator App after installing Company portal.

Based on my checking in my lab, I find my Intune enrolled device doesn't have issue to open Microsoft Calculator App. So I think it may nor related. You can unenroll the device to see if the issue persists.

Meanwhile< I notice The Windows Store has been partially disabled. For the error message, it seems to be related with windows store. To check if it may affect. I suggest test on one device which Windows Store are not partially disabled but Intune enrolled to see if it has the same issue.

Please check the above information and if there's any update, feel free to let us know.
