Cannot access SAAS publisher sites

I am unable to access our SAAS publisher site, specifically SendGrid.
According to the resource I should be able to access it with the publisher link, however the link stays greyed out no matter how long I wait.
I am also not able to submit a support ticket for a SAAS resource as it is not a selectable service type in the azure support.
Anyone experiencing something similar?

Tested on 3 different Azure tenants with the same result

JB 0 Reputation points2024-01-30T13:28:08.3+00:00 I am coadmin in the project and the link is working for me fine, but I need to grant access to SendGrid to one developer and now he has an access to the azure sendgrid saas - page, but the link 'Open SaaS Account on publisher’s site' is disabled... How can I make it enabled? Maybe I need to grant some additional permission?

A user who has reader access cannot view the url, while an administrator can.
