I am the admin, mailbox delegation hasn't changed. This just happened to one of my accounts, the others are fine. This is my priamry account. Web and Mobile work fine and Outlook 2016 on Windows 7 works fine. Only Outlook 2019 on Windows 11 has this issue and on only one account
How to correct this Outlook error with correlation ID
I have a customer who is getting this error. I already cleared the roaming cache. It did not help.

2023-10-17T13:27:58.5633333+00:00 I didn't even install any updates today; Outlook was fine yesterday. I did note that upon booting this morning, as I started with my VPN in a different part of Indonesia. My time and date were set to a new zone. I turned on the VPN and switched back to my actual time and date. This is the ONLY thing that has been done to my machine today.

2023-10-18T14:52:58.72+00:00 I encountered the same error-tag: 7ita9
My problem came from Office 365 hosting from a third party (GoDaddy)
Because GoDaddy's Microsoft 365 version is nested inside a GoDaddy UI, it causes problems with things like Single Sign ON (SSO) and other token-based authentication clients and cross sign-ins with other Microsoft services.
For Example, if you sign in to Microsoft for Edge, Bing, or your Windows 10 Computer, you end up in a login loop when trying to sign in to your Office programs (Word, Excel, etc..) through the GoDaddy UI.
The solution
1: Deleted any saved office accounts from Credential manager
2: Disconnected any Microsoft accounts from "access work or school" in system settings.
- Uninstalled Office 365 through the Control panel> Programs and features.
- restarted PC.
- Reinstalled Office apps
- activated office with a GoDaddy account that has a license to office apps and when prompted to "sign in to all apps" select "okay"
- added the necessary email account to outlook.
Hope this helps.

2024-02-22T15:06:38.99+00:00 Please do the following for resolution:
- Launch Word/PowerPoint/Etc
- Validate the user is logged into one of these applications
- Log the user out of any other O365 application
- Log back in
- When prompted to permit the account to access all O365 resources, select OK.
- There is another option to sign into the specific application, which I believe is where the issue originates
- Log into Word/PowerPoint/Etc
- Restart Outlook and try to sign in again.

2024-03-05T18:36:44.4966667+00:00 This is the solution that worked for me. FYI, this client is using GoDaddy (boo) as their Microsoft tenant.
- Remove the account from outlook on your PC.
- Close outlook
- In Windows Settings go to Accounts Access Work or School. Remove the account there as well
- Re-connect the account through the Access Work or School Connect button
- Open outlook
Hope this works for everyone!

2024-05-02T10:21:40.5433333+00:00 Hello All,
I resolved this problem by uninstalling 0365 Apps and rebooted the machine and install it again. Reconfigure Outlook and you will be fine. Error disappear and Outlook works fine. Cheers!

2024-05-01T06:39:04.16+00:00 Must be a new different issue with the same error code.
I have one user in Outlook requiring authenticator be activated. I enforced it last year but he's not been using his email until now. After clicking on Next in the Authenticator prompt it brings up a large White Square and does nothing.
So I tried logging him in on his and my computers to:
office.com
outlook.office.com
mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
And all of these give the same error. Of course nothing has changed with delegation, etc, office.com login has nothing to do with his Windows 10 Pro or updates or accepting azure defaults connecting to the domain etc etc.
Wondering if two people with the same issue in less than 4 weeks points to a new issue. For now I am guessing it is related to a bug with him not setting up authenticator initially and then something locking him out. But his log in is NOT blocked. So somewhere deeper hidden. I'll try resetting his MFA and see if that helps.
