Good Day Experts, I have 200 Android devices enrolled through the Intune kiosk profile. The apps are managed apps installed from the Google Play Store. Now, I want to uninstall our existing antivirus from all the Android devices. So I created a group named uninstall and included that group under the uninstall assignment and also excluded it from the required assignment. However, when it tries to uninstall the app it throws an error Error code: 0xC7D24FB8 The application failed to install because there is another blocked application that is currently present. How do i resolve this matter? It's driving me crazy. Thanks heap.

Kind Regards

@shafquatzaman-3428, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Error code 0xC7D24FB8 indicates that there is another blocked application present on the device preventing the uninstallation of the antivirus app. This error can occur when the app is blocked by Google Play Protect due to security concerns or when a device does not support the app. To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check if the antivirus app can be uninstalled manually from the device. If it cannot be uninstalled manually, then it may be a system app that cannot be removed.
    2. If the app can be uninstalled manually, then try disabling Google Play Protect temporarily and then attempt to uninstall the app again. To disable Google Play Protect, go to the Google Play Store app > Menu > Play Protect > Settings > Turn off "Scan device for security threats".
    3. If the above steps do not work, then you may check if there's any policy which set restricted app in your environment.

Hope the above information can help.
