Never completes activating sandbox

I'm stuck at this page of the learning path for AZ900 because it get stuck at 99% complete after clicking the "Activate sandbox" button. It progresses fine through the begin portion, but gets stuck at 99% complete and never finishes.

I've made multiple attempts to replicate the issue, but regrettably, I have been unable to do so.

I understand you have tried to activate the sandbox multiple time, please try these steps:

1.      Could you please try to logout from all the accounts and login again.

2.      Clear your browsing history and cache.

3.      Login to your Microsoft account.

Tried your steps and it's still the same problem - still stuck at 99% complete; I did notice that it flashed an error, but continued in the early % complete, but it's so fast that if you blink you will miss it - I could not screen shot it because it was so quick

I'm going to try and create a new @outlook.com account and link that to my existing account. I have a feeling my existing account is not the right kind of microsoft account.

Yes, you can try, I have tried multiples account working fine. I've made multiple attempts to replicate the issue, could you please try to logout from all the accounts and create new account login again sandbox. please let us know if your issue is resolved or not. Can you please try the following steps:

1. In the Settings page under the Account Management, you will be able to switch between your alias accounts.

2.you can't merge two personal accounts. Only one account can be merged.

Note: Kindly do not share any PII data (e.g email ID) on the public forum for your privacy and security.

I understand you have tried multiple steps including different browsers and clearing cache, please try these to isolate the issue further:

Typically, the error "Invitation redemption failed." can be fixed by 'Navigate back to the unit page and accept the invitation again' as mentioned in the doc: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/support/troubleshooting

Could you please try access the Learn module or sandbox via browser incognito mode with your gmail.com profile and see if that makes any difference.
