API-driven Inbound User Provisioning to On-Premises AD Error Properly Formatted Account name

Question

I have had sucess using the API driven user provisioning with provisioning to cloud, but I have a problem, using the same data data provisioning to on-prem. The error message is below. But I can't identify the problem or which field.

Looking at each field, they look correct. I have contact suport and didnt take a look and suggested I posted here.

Any chance I could get some help figuring out where the problem is
