Intune - MacOS - Company Portal - Install Management Profile error

Hi

I trying to add MacOS MDM. I have done following:

  • Create a Apple Push Certificate

  • Add Apple MDM Push Certificate

  • Then I trying to add Company Portal in my Mac and add Management Profile.

  • Then I have gott error , like that ..

I have also trying to install again , but I got same answer ..

What can I do , something I missed ?

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    1,Please check the macOS Enrollment Restrictions in Intune. As shown below in my environment:

    2,Please make sure the user who is attempting to enroll the macOS into Intune is assigned with an Intune license.

    3,We can also delete the enrollment profile, recreate the profile, then re-enroll the device to have a try.

    I guess I need to connect my AppleID to Intune account .. I will do to do that ?

    Thank you for your reply.

    When we configure MDM Push Certificate, it has already been done.

    2,Please remove the Management profile and re-download it to have a try. If got the same error, we can connect to another WI-FI or network to have a try (to avoid network issue).

    3,Please click the All Users button on the macOS restrictions page and double check the macOS is set to Allow.
