Windows Search still finds uninstalled apps

Hi. On an old computer, I updated Windows 10 to the latest version 22H2. After that, I uninstalled Office Professional 2010 to install Microsoft 365. Despite formally uninstalling all the Professional 2010 apps, they still appear in the search results. When I type "Word" int he search bar, the old 2010 version comes up instead of the new one, and clicking on it doesn't do anything. I can only find the latest, functional program in the list of applications when I clock on Start. This happens both with Word and the other apps in Office Professional.
