Late = slow? What about the start of other application first, also slow?

    Hi,

Did this problem appear in all Excel Workbooks and new Workbook?

I suggest you open it in safe mode running the following command: Press Win + R, type "excel /safe" in the blank box, press Enter. If it works fine in safe mode, please check the add-ins in your excel and disable them.

Click File > Options > Add-Ins on the left side of the dialog. Then click the drop-down arrow at the bottom of the dialog box and select "COM Add-Ins" from the list, then click the GO button. What comes up is a list of COM-Add Ins that are loaded and running.

Please be a bit more precise to explain your problem or you can upload a screenshot so that I can get more accurate solutions to this problem. I’m glad to help and follow up your reply.

    Hi,

    Here are some suggestions-

    1. Make sure your operating system, Excel, and other software are up-to-date.
    2. Ensure your antivirus software is not running deep scans during startup.
    3. Check for hardware issues, such as a failing hard drive, which can cause delays.
    4. Disable unnecessary Excel add-ins. Some add-ins can slow down the program's startup.
    5. Some programs and applications might be set to launch at startup, which can slow down your computer's initial boot and the launch of other applications. So you can fix that.

    Best Regards.
